How to get Information

1. By examining the relevant issue,document and reports
2. Obtain original or certified copies on a specific topic
3. Retrieving electronic printing of disk Floppy, CD, Audio stored on the computer.

Procedures to be followed by the Citizens to get Information

1. Submit a written application to the Information Officer.
2. Electronic source requests are valid
3. Do not inquire about other matters other than the relevant information to the citizen
4. The officer should inform the applicant within 14 days from the date of payment of the application.
5. Provide within 14 days of delivery of information.
6. If you have enough documents about the information to be provided, you may still have more than 21 days.
7. If the Information Officer dismisses the application for not being able to provide the information, the citizen needs to know the reason and the manner in which it is required to file.
8. Must send to the petitioner within 14 days of rejected the issues by information officer
9. An appeal should be forwaded to the Information Commissioner within 2 months if the Appellate Authority does not issue a resolution.
